Colby McElrath

Colby is a leadership and life coach with over a decade of experience helping men build lives that feel solid, aligned, and worth living, grounded in the belief that success means very little if it costs your relationships, health, or sense of purpose. Based in Denver, Colorado, he is an entrepreneur and co-founder of multiple businesses, including the Legacy Profits Club, and has spent years immersed in Tony Robbins’ teachings as both a participant and senior leader. His approach to wealth and success is practical and human—focused on mindset, smart asset allocation, becoming an owner rather than a consumer, and allowing compound interest to work over time. Colby specializes in coaching men on thriving relationships, getting out of debt, and creating financial freedom, with a particular strength in working with neurodivergent men and men with ADHD by helping them turn awareness into structure, clarity, and forward momentum. He is a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach, Insight Coach, Life’s Purpose Coach, and Certified YUSA Team Leader, and previously worked as a zoologist and summer camp director—experiences that shaped his love for leadership, community, and inclusive, meaningful experiences. Outside of coaching, Colby enjoys traveling, riding his motorcycle, hiking and backpacking in the Rockies, flying drones, and playing board games, all in service of his simple mission: spread love, have fun, and help others.
